About Us
Limited Time Gallery is a trading name of Suomen Muotoilutoimisto, a registered sole trader (toiminimi) based in Finland.
Limited Time Gallery operates as a commercial agent on behalf of artists, selling works on consignment. Suomen Muotoilutoimisto is the seller of record for all transactions conducted through this website and is responsible for customer-facing obligations under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through limitedtime.gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
Products
Limited Time Gallery offers contemporary artworks, limited edition works, collectible design and sound art.
Each work is described as accurately as possible, including medium, dimensions, edition details and condition where applicable. As works are often unique or produced in very limited quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been confirmed.
Product images are reproduced as faithfully as possible, but colours, textures and other visual characteristics may vary depending on screen settings, lighting and the nature of the work.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable in accordance with Finnish and European Union law.
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or other agreed payment arrangements.
Limited Time Gallery reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a product has clearly been priced incorrectly, for example at EUR 0.00 or at a price that is obviously and substantially lower than the intended price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and contact the customer before processing it.
Shipping
Works may ship directly from the artist’s studio or from another agreed location.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
For large, fragile or high-value works, shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and quoted separately based on destination, size, handling requirements, insurance and any requested additional services.
Unless otherwise stated, any import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
Intellectual Property
The purchase of a work does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
All copyright, reproduction rights, neighbouring rights and moral rights remain with the artist unless explicitly transferred in writing as part of the sale.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, adapt or commercially exploit any work purchased through Limited Time Gallery without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Please refer to our Claims & Returns Policy for full details regarding withdrawal rights, return conditions and refund procedures.
Consumers located in the European Economic Area have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions and exceptions described in that policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suomen Muotoilutoimisto’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the work.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, installation costs, removal costs, storage costs, reinstallation costs or professional service fees.
Limited Time Gallery acts as a commercial agent on behalf of artists and is not liable for the acts or omissions of artists, carriers, customs authorities or third-party service providers, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, Finnish consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services or the Consumer Disputes Board. Consumers residing in other jurisdictions may seek assistance through the relevant national consumer advisory or alternative dispute resolution body.
Changes to These Terms
Limited Time Gallery reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
